How did you first get involved with the NSCAA?

I took an NSCAA course.

What is your favorite NSCAA course to teach and why?

I enjoy teaching all the courses because of the connection with the candidates. But, I enjoy teaching the Advanced National course the best. I feel the topics are the most useful in terms of everyday training .

What was your favorite NSCAA course to take and why?

The Advanced National. As to why, it's the same reason as why I like to teach this course. The content is the most useful in terms of training environment for a team.

Connecting with candidate coaches and my colleagues at the NSCAA.

Why is it important for a coach to advance their education?

We all need to renew ourselves and we all have the need for new information.
